Topcon Healthcare and deepeye Medical Partner to Bring AI-Guided Retinal Therapy Planning Across Europe

Capelle aan den IJssel, The Netherlands / Munich, Germany — October 21, 2025  — Topcon Healthcare, Inc., a global leader in digital health and ocular data solutions, and deepeye Medical GmbH, a leading AI health-tech innovator, today announced a strategic partnership to integrate and distribute deepeye® TPS (Therapy Planning Support) within Harmony™, Topcon Healthcare’s connected-care platform. The collaboration delivers in-workflow, AI-guided retinal therapy insights directly from ocular imaging to clinics across Europe, within a vendor-inclusive, cloud-ready environment. 

 



Aligned with Topcon’s Healthcare from the Eye™ vision, the integration combines CE-marked AI decision support with unified data management to help clinicians personalize treatment​ and​ improve efficiency​.​ From image acquisition to AI-supported therapy planning, providers can work inside their existing imaging workflows without switching systems or compromising data integrity.

deepeye® TPS: CE-Marked, Vendor-Inclusive, Built for Daily Practice 

deepeye® TPS supports therapy planning such as anti-VEGF treatment for nAMD by analyzing OCT images and providing structured, second-opinion guidance based on large, real-world datasets validated in clinical settings. The software is vendor-inclusive and works with most OCT devices, helping practices streamline intravitreal injection workflows, support patient education, and improve consistency of care. 

Used in specialized ophthalmology clinics, the combination of deepeye® TPS and Harmony™ helps close the retina-expert gap by making expert-level decision support available anytime and anywhere across the care team.
