Topcon Healthcare Launches Harmony with Glaucoma Screening Decision Support in EMEA

Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands — 29 September 2026 — Topcon Healthcare today announced the EMEA release of Harmony with Glaucoma Screening DS (Decision Support), an optional screening dashboard built directly into its cloud-based data management platform for eye care.

Reviewing glaucoma-related findings often means pulling data from more than one diagnostic system. Glaucoma Screening DS brings OCT data, visual field information and relevant clinical data into a single score and unified view, helping eye care professionals review key findings in one place and apply a more consistent approach from patient to patient. By presenting important glaucoma indicators in a clear, standardised format, the dashboard can help non-glaucoma specialists identify patients who may warrant closer evaluation or referral.

The Harmony release has been prepared for broader availability across EMEA. Localised user interface and report content, based on Harmony language settings, support use across different language regions. Clearer user interactions and refinements to the presentation of ophthalmic data and examination access further support glaucoma screening workflows.

Included in the release are platform-wide improvements: Revised clinical viewer overlays maximise the visible image area while keeping essential information in view. Uploaded historical patient data is now visible in Harmony on the same day. Security enhancements strengthen account protection, session handling and encrypted communication, while performance and scalability improvements support larger data sets, higher examination volumes and growing multi-site environments.
