Topcon Healthcare unveils GAIA and Maestro3 series powered by IMAGEnet®7, MYAH PRO, Clinical Decision Support Solutions for Glaucoma, and a new Patient-Guided Refraction System at the ESCRS 2026 in London

Designed around the needs of today's eye care professionals, the Topcon Healthcare stand at the ESCRS brings together retina, glaucoma, anterior segment, and refraction solutions within a connected ecosystem that links diagnostics, digital health, and clinical collaboration.
- GAIA, a fully automated ultra-widefield retinal imaging device offering a 209°1 field of view in a single capture, is designed to deliver true-colour ultra-widefield fundus imaging with exceptional ease. It offers automated alignment, non-contact, non-mydriatic operation in a compact, user-friendly platform.
- Maestro3 series offers faster acquisition of OCT and OCTA², delivering 130,000 A-scans per second, in addition to slit-scanning technology that delivers high-quality fundus images through pupils as small as 2.0 mm, automated alignment and capture, the new ONEscanTM protocol, which delivers more data in less time with just one touch. Maestro3 Plus offers FAF photography, providing a noninvasive view of retinal metabolic health through high-contrast visualization of RPE autofluorescence4,5.
- MYAH PRO enables an integrated diagnostic platform designed to support eye care professionals across a range of clinical pathways, including myopia management, Ortho-K, ocular surface assessment, premium IOL planning, and pre-surgical assessment.
- The new Patient-Guided Refraction System is a compact hub for modern refraction, combining advanced automation, intuitive controls, and seamless workflow integration in one flexible system.
