Report a fault

If you are contacting us with regards a fault, before you contact us, please….

  • Check the device is switched on
  • Check all cables are plugged in securely
  • If no power, try a different mains cable to the instrument
  • If you are unable to log onto your PC or access software then this could be an issue with your own network

If the problem still persists, or you are requesting an equipment service callout.

IPlease have the equipment model number and serial number ready and call 01635 551120 and choose option 2, your call will be logged by Topcon's support partner Veritek and then dealt with either by Veritek’s or Topcon’s support teams by phone or remote support. If they are unable to resolve the issue over the phone an engineer will attend at a mutually convenient date and time.
