If you are a European or UK citizen, you have the right to obtain from Topcon confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information under the General Data Protection Regulation and/or the UK Data Protection Act.

We shall respond and follow-up as necessary to the email address that you provide below, which may also be used for verification purposes. Upon receipt of this completed form, we will initiate the verification and response process. The verification process will vary by the nature of the request.
